Today's Flowers
I planted this Silver Lace Vine on our back fence earlier in the year, and have to say I thought it died, but its growing great and has produced these lovely flowers. As always click on the photos to enlarge the photos for more detail

Lovely photos.
Hmmm I have been debating on whether to plant one of these! Yours looks so pretty that perhaps I will give it a go next year. I can cover up my husband's workshed! LOL
Great vine and good shots. It must be very hardy for such a delicate looking plant to grow in Canada.
Silver flowers indeed!!!
Love how you combined the sky, the flowers and the birdhouse. It's a new flower to me.
Wow, it really jumped up there. Pretty too!
Gill: What a really neat shot of the tiny white flowering vine.
what great pictures: the color of the sky is so intense!
I'm giggling because a couple of years ago I planted a silverlace vine that I was sure I'd killed. NOPE! It'll turn out to be an aggressive grower if it's anything like mine. BUT I do love it. ;-)
I like that last photo! Blue skies..just beautiful! Mine is up HERE. Hope to see you there! Happy Today's Flower!~
Great shot. I like the addition of the birdhouse.
Lovely photos!
we used to have this vine in our former garden. i loved it. must plant another one here.
That's a really pretty plant, it obviously likes the cooler weather.
It reminds me of jasmine but much prettier...although I can wallow in the smell of jasmine. Does this one have an aroma?
Hi Gill,
A Lovely Post.
HAve a great day!

Good shots and a delicate flower. They still bloom late in autumn. Very beautiful!
Hello Gill. I just stopped by to say thank you for visiting my blog today.
Your vining flowers are very pretty and the birdhouse really enhances it. I have never seen that kind of flower before.
What part of Canada do you live in? I have some relatives in St. Catherines, Ontario, but haven't seen them for several years.
Have a great week.

Lovely!
I love the composition of the middle photo - it's my favorite!
What a pretty plant - lovely flowers. Looks like it's doing well! Great photos Gill.
A x
Oh, the birds have their own plants! Great shots :)
Pretty white flowers.
Lovely photos Gill, such a pretty flower.
Oh, these photos are lovely, really lovely. I like every detail on them: your silver lace is so pretty with its little white flowers and then the bird house and the fence and all that against lovely blue sky. It wasn’t only me who enjoyed your silver lace but a fly that I noticed when I enlarged the first photo.
That's beautiful flowers! Thanks for the visit.
