Flowers are beautiful on their own, but they're truly much more beautiful when there's a butterfly or a bee sniffing it's fragrance.
My flower photo is now posted here. Have a great week ahead!
Beautiful flowers Gill and you've got some lovely visitors. Super photos. Are you getting over your travels yet? ;)
Good choice! Love them whem they have butterflies! Great shot!
The first plant is an Oleander bush - their flowers come in white, yellow, peach, pink and hot pink.
And you're correct about the second one being dianthus. :)

The flowers are great, then you added butterflies and made them perfect.
Nice captures of the butterflies on the flowers. I just read Leah's comment. I thought they were oleanders but since you live in the north I figured they couldn't be. I forgot you had traveled. lol. I've read they are very poisonous if ingested.
These are both very pretty. I love that first one especially, it's such a soft and pretty color.
I love the last one - great capture of the butterfly on the flower!
The yellow oleander is beautiful and I like the pink dianthus. Good shots!
My apologies if you get this twice. Senior moment caused me to forget to login. :)
Wonderful photos.
Everywhere I see those gorgeous butterflies in other countries, but not here. I haven't seen one.
Your photos are great!
