I have a rhubarb plant, which I am going to dig up and take with us when we move. I plan on adding more plants as I love rhubarb. I see rhubarb and ginger seems a common combination, and it's something I haven't tried before. I like #35, and will maybe try that recipe when Rhubarb comes into season.

Nutritional Info.

Next week it's Pineapple.

I remember my Dad would plant rows of rhubarb growing up. I loved how it looked growing but I couldn't stand to eat it. :)

I've been thinking "Rhubarb Cream Pie" - still have rhubarb in the freezer. Thanks for the push.

I love rhubarb too. We have a couple plants in our garden. It's one of the first signs of spring when you see it popping out of the garden (at least here it is). Thanks for all these recipes.

You missed upside down rhubarb muffins, from one of the Harrowsmith cookbooks. Think pineapple upside down cake, only with rhubarb, and no cherries, and a touch of nutmeng in the batter. Yumm!!!!!!!!!!!
And my personl creation for pineapple is yogurt - some plain sweetened yogurt, drain a tin of pineappl, and add some coconut.

Thanks for these Gill I love rhubarb. My grandad and dad used to grow it too. The bits my dad gave me died off in our awful clay soil. Might get some growbags and try again.

I loved rhubarb even when I was young. When I had no sweets I used to dip the rhubarb in sugar. What a saddoe! Well sweets were rationed until I was eight.
