Oh my goodness Gill...I am keeping these in mind for my Dad's plum tree! Every year we have a glut of wonderful plums and so far I've only made plum jam and jelly (I still have several jars from last year). Now you've given me lots of new ideas. I didn't realise there were so many ways with plums! We have a plum tree which might fruit this year, so there's bound to be something here that will suit.
