I just wanted to remind the Canadian citizens out there that today is Election Day, so don't forget to vote. We are fortunate that we live in a country where we can vote, so don't waste that privilege, and anyway, if you vote it gives you the right to whine when they break their pre-election promises, now doesn't it, because we all know they will, which ever party gets into power?

i so agree. voting is a privilege we should not take lightly, EVER.
OKAY, I'll be a good girl and do as I am told, and will head out to vote this afternoon!
As you know I was given my US Citizenship not so long ago and my voter's registration card turned up last week. I am eager to vote for the first time in the November elections.
I voted. I was really sad to see few young people out there voting. I am positive things would have turned out differently if they had. It is amazing to me how many candidate won their ridings by only a few hundred votes.
