Trip to St. Jacobs with "Whiplash Harry the 2nd!"

Ds is Whiplash Harry the 1st, my dear brother is Whiplash Harry the 2nd I have decided.......I did tell him I didn't want to have to dye my hair again before the wedding, but I think I will have to........

We went to the market and despite the colder weather we had it was fair all day.  Due to the cold weather though, there weren't too many stalls on the market.  I took some photos though:

I have never seen cabbages as big as these ones:
The fruit and veg on this stall looked good too:
We had lunch out and this is what my brother ordered a smoked meat sandwich and there is a pound of meat there, and no he didn't finish it.
We did have a good day and I was saying to dh we will have to go when everyone leaves.

I absolutely get a bit homesick when you post pictures of the St. Jacob's Market, Gill. There is the "odd" time I wish we still lived 5 minutes away from there ...... and corn beef on rye, my favorite; I would have not had a problem finishing it ... lol

The cabbages are huge, ditto for the sandwich.
I haven't been to St. jacob's for a long time, glad you had a good day.
