My best guess is that these would be classified as altocumulus stratiformis. I love it when they get textured like that, especially at sunrise and sunset, makes for an amazing show!! Great captures!

Looks like you had a cool front go through. Be nice to have one of those here in Texas. It has been over or near 100 degrees for weeks (months).
These are wonderful pictures of this cloud. Yet they look scary too.
