Today I have a variety of flowers. The first one is a wildflower, that is flourishing everywhere on the acreage. No idea what its name is, but it is pretty.
This one is in my flower garden, and grows like a weed, again no idea what it is called?
Finally my Christmas Cactus is flowering, which is funny as it didn't flower at Christmas, so maybe I have an Australian Christmas Cactus, as it's winter over there at the moment???

My entry this week, in HERE. I hope you come by as well. Thanks
Pretty colours, the second looks like a thistle of some kind but I am not sure.
I have no idea what the two first and seet flowers are called. The blue is really wonderful!
My Christmas cactus also have the idea that flowering is something it won't do for Christmas. Maybe november - or february. But they are beautiful anyhow! :)
Have a nice day!
The first one is chicory, or cornflower. During the Second World War the roots were used as a coffee substitute; you could experiment with it if you've loads of them and you're feeling adventurous.
Is that a blue Larkspur in the meadow?
Could that be an Easter Cactus, which flowers in the spring?
Don't know what the other flowers are,but they're pretty.
