Senior moments.......
I would love to say it only happens now and then, but recently they have been arriving fast and furious. Now I am putting it down to being so tired, but even dh is a tad concerned..........what was I saying?😉
So I guess it will be one more thing too ask the doctor this week, when I see him. I suppose the wise thing to do is write a list of things I need to ask him!! Am I a wise one though???
Do you write down a list of things you need to ask when you visit the doctor, or just wing it? Are you having senior moments?

Toronto's Parkside speed camera cut down for 7th time in less than a year
This isn't funny, as you shouldn't go around doing this, it's illegal. I do find it funny though that they haven't been abl...

Writing stuff down is what I need to do more of. My menopause brain has me forgetting more than I remember at the moment - 3 seconds is a GOOD recall! :/
I think it's inevitable to a degree, but definitely something that won't hurt being asked about at the doctor. Good luck xx
LOTS of senior moments in my day. Names seem to get me. I have a picture of the person in my head but darn if I can remember their name. Like Paul, you know, Paul the actor, blue eyes......????Everything else is pretty good.
I couldn't remember the name "sumac" this week - it drove me crazy and I finally got on google! Sumac sumac sumac - I say it to myself frequently to try to hold it in my mind. I'm told "nouns" are the first words to be forgotten. I worry about it too but don't think there's much to be done about it. Let us know what your doctor has to say about it!
Certainly worth checking out. Names seem to be a problem with me but that has always been the case.
Not a problem for me. When I'm on hold, I'm usually grumbling at the automatic message coming every thirty seconds "your call is important to us, please stay on the line..."
I write notes for a lot of things, including questions I need to ask Dr. Names have always been an issue for me, BUT I always remember a face.
Memory loss is a common complaint, I worry about it but not much can be done. Keeping an active mind and body is certainly a plus.

Try a British GP, where they greet you with" make it quick , you have 10 minutes , you may only raise one concern ,if you have more than one book another appointment" and it takes 5 weeks to get an appointment
