The fall foliage is at its best at the moment. These trees are on the property behind us, it's just a picture at the moment.
Not sure if I have mentioned this before but I am waiting to see a surgeon at the moment to have both my hands operated on. Both carpel tunnels need doing. I already had the right hand done back in 2002. At the time the surgeon mentioned I would need my left hand done at some point, so I have done well to last another 9 years. However my right hand is bad as well. I obviously won't have both done at once, but I will get them done within a few months of one another.
Why I mention this; well on Saturday I did some spray painting using aerosol spray cans for a project that needed doing. Over two days later I still have no feeling in one of my finger tips, the one I used to hold down the spray nozzle. The whole project took me half an hour tops. So I am glad I am having my hands seen too. Must mention this issue when I see the surgeon.

sorry to hear you have carpel tunnel...my hubby had that operation, too. It is probably the best time of year to get it done when yard work is coming to an end...and the wedding will soon be over.
EW! I'm so sorry you are having so much trouble with your hands!
Yes, the trees are gorgeous right now!
Autumn is my favourite time of year -
the autumn tints are beautiful -what a lovely view you have !
Hope you have a speedy recovery regarding your hands .
The colors are gorgeous up here right now as well! As the the weather, it has been amazing! I actually got bitten by mosquitoes while out picking apples yesterday!
Love the photos, take a list of things to tell/ask the doc or you will forget
Hi Gill!
Thanks for stopping by, haven't seen you for ages! I don't get a lot of time to blog these days and don't spend a lot of time reading other's blogs either - not necessarily a bad thing?
Sorry to hear about your condition with your hands, we rely very heavily on our humble hands don't we?
Hope the surgery helps :)
Hopefully the weather will still be pleasant on the day of the wedding. And do I see tomato chutney being made with the glut.
