Another beautiful day weather wise........

Monday was a super day.  It was lovely and warm, in fact maybe a little too warm!!!  I still have many tomatoes on my bushes and with this glorious weather they are ripening quite fast.  We have had a couple of ground frosts but they are in a sheltered area.  There are also peppers behind the tomatoes.

The fall foliage is at its best at the moment.  These trees are on the property behind us, it's just a picture at the moment.

Not sure if I have mentioned this before but I am waiting to see a surgeon at the moment to have both my hands operated on.  Both carpel tunnels need doing.  I already had the right hand done back in 2002.  At the time the surgeon mentioned I would need my left hand done at some point, so I have done well to last another 9 years.  However my right hand is bad as well.  I obviously won't have both done at once, but I will get them done within a few months of one another.

Why I mention this; well on Saturday I did some spray painting using aerosol spray cans for a project that needed doing.  Over two days later I still have no feeling in one of my finger tips, the one I used to hold down the spray nozzle.  The whole project took me half an hour tops.  So I am glad I am having my hands seen too.  Must mention this issue when I see the surgeon.
