Hello Gill
Thats the reason I changed over to Wordpress - I'd clicked to the new place and couldn't post because we aren't on Chrome (dh says no way!) and then couldn't get back so gave it up as a bad job and moved.
I did finally fathom out how to get back but I was settled in at W/P by then so just left a note saying I'd moved plus the link
Take care

Hubby says NO to Chrome so I may be visiting Cathy for tips on how to change to Wordpress!

Gill I just made a new blog for our farm log. A personal blog you can't see. I make it into a book year end for all the kids. Anyway it is the new system already and took me about 2 hours to figure out. I seem to have to go from this page to that page to accomplish what I want but I really like some of the new features like the picture upload. It all takes playing around. I had wordpress years ago and I liked Blogger better because everything was in picture for not words.
I totally agree. I may stop blogging because of it. This is a nightmare!! Hugs
I would love to change to Wordpress but I got in such a mess when I tried I gave up. I hate all these changes.
Why does Blogger keep changing things?
hugs, Kaye
Not with you Gill? Your new Blog looks lovely. I use Chrome all the time and love it? Why won't some people use it?
Please explain further?
Hello
Love your new spring blog.
I had to change to Chrome to get my blog to work. I haven't had any problems with it. I tried Wordpress but couldn't get away with it.
Hope you can sort it.
I have obviously "missed" out on something, "Is Blogger changing"? I use Google Chrome as it works better with FB.
Your blog still looks the same to me. I switched one of my blogs over to the new blogger dashboard and I kind of don't like it (I kind of don't like change either so that might be it). I have Chrome which works fine. I also make websites and am frustrated with the program that I currently use so have been toying with the idea of Wordpress...but I don't like change...
I tried the new editor a while back and liked the old better...I do not like the new look for me...not sure what I will do.
I, too, would love to know why some people don't want to use Chrome....I did try it once on my old computer and got hit with a gazillion cookies...well, actually, 600+, but that was a lot to get hit with at one time.
I was having trouble with cookies before, so not sure it was all to do with Chrome.
I hope someone comments more about why they don't use chrome...
We use chrome. No probs here.

Your blog looks fine to me as well Gill, but I use Chrome. Try switching and see if it helps!
I've been using Google chrome for 6 months - didn't like it at first but now there's no way I'd go back to to IE9.
It's great having page tags across the front, the Google search engine is almost instantaneous and I can open as many windows on the same page as I want. Few bugs in 'blogger' itself but I don't think that's a Google fault.
Yes! I've previously used Word Press and I find it rather mundane and ordinary!
I like Google Chrome - I switched to it when I was given a Kindle so I could automatically download anything to it instantly. Blogger works well for me - haven't ever had any problems. Everyone's different. Don't like their commenting system however, have a bloody awful time figuring out their "words" when I'm done my comment so switched to disqus and really like it.
I have trouble doing youtube because I'm so far out in stick low technology is here. But if you decide to chance to wordpress I'll continue reading your blog...coffee is on.
That is so cute! I laughed out loud. What new blogger thing are you talking about? I just changed to the new interface and haven't figured it all out yet. I used to use wordpress but I had a lot of problems with photos. Don't go too far away!
The blog looks good to me. I've been using Chrome for years. IE just had way too many constant problems and I'd switched to Firefox in the 90's. Then Firefox became a memory hog, so I went to Chrome. Love it! I'm a contributor to a local WordPress blog and for all my years' experience with the internet and computers, I can't manage to simply LOG IN to WordPress and one of the other bloggers has to post my posts. Take the dive and go for Chrome. It's so much better. Sure takes a bit to get used to slightly different layout and locations for things, but once you do you see it's much more seamless than the alternatives.
