Oh, and by the way, should your knees get worse, don't hesitate to look into knee replacement. I struggled with intense pain for three years, feeling pretty badly about it and wondering if life would always be so unpleasant. I am now celebrating the one year anniversary of my second "new" knee and life is good! No more pain!
