Beautiful clear blue sky...very beautiful to those who have been socked in this week with rain, I am sure. We are having lovely clear blue skies out here in southern California too...for now, anyway.
We had beautiful clear skies here pretty much all week too, but they're announcing rain for tomorrow...Oh well, the smog needs to be rained out again anyway. And thanks for your good luck wishes for the Via Rail photo contest, it would indeed be marvelous if I won, particularly the first prize. I would never have to buy another ticket to my boyfriend's again!!! The suspense is killing be though, it's said on their Facebook that winners will be announced 'shortly' since Tuesday!!!

Amazing how much Canada looks like South Carolina in pictures...that looks like the barn just down the road from us...I was looking hard for Charlie, the sweet faced mule who jumps the fence to come for a visit now and again...alas, no Charlie...was going to invite you to come eat with us next Thursday since you looked so close. Darn it!
