I love how your shots convey the strength of the water.
Great shots! That does look powerful. I don't think I'd want to get caught it that but it must have been something else to watch.
It really is flowing fast...for the Nottawasaga.
Oh wow that water does look strong. Hope you don't have flooding because of all the thawing of snow.
Hope you have a wonderful week.
I'd say "furious" fits the scene pretty well.
Looks like some of the powerful rivers and streams in the Smokies --after a huge rain!!!! Beautiful river, Gill.
Hugs,
Betsy
Wish we had some water in our River Torrens - last week an engine blew at the weir so a lot of water escaped and went out to sea. Great photos.
I like your river pictures, Gill. We haven't seen rivers flowing like that down here in a long time. You have thaws, we need rains.
Beautiful photos the river looks amazing, but also very scary, sorry I not visited for a while think I finally over the bug!!!!!
They look so strong indeed. Beautiful shot.
The water looks powerful in these shots! The scary thing is that it's more powerful than it looks! Great shots!
You're right Gill - looks very powerful - going pretty fast. A x
I'd say that is rolling quite quickly for sure!
Great shots is right. Awesome pictures.
It really DOES look like a strong moving flow! I hope nobody was hurt! Great shots!!!
That's a current you wouldn't want to get caught in, especially with it being so cold. Looks like chocolate milk.
Wet and Wild...I'm glad I'm not in a canoe about to shoot those rapids! Great shot, Gill!
Great photos Gill, you can almost feel the power of all that flowing water.
That does look powerful. I love the name of the river.
yes thta looks like some COLD RUNNING WATER! how high will it get? ever flood?
That does look like a swift moving river!
Those photos look like they could be the River Dee in Chester.
That thaw caused some ice jam flooding problems in the usual places every year. I don't know how those people can stand having their basements flooding year after year. Your photo really catches the power of water...Michelle
Wow, great pictures Gill! It's like I'm standing right there next to it!
I'm happy to see the sun shinning here! Thank you for commenting on my leaky roof. Oh the joys of home ownership! I pray that your new home endeavor will be a blessed one with little maintenance in the country!
