starts on a Sunday through to Saturday. So I am starting a new week today. I managed to walk 35.45 miles this past week which was pretty good. I also managed to lose 3 1/2 lbs. When I cut out the cookies, bread, potatoes, pasta and rice, this is what happens, I drop the weight. Cookies, specifically granola bars are my downfall.
Also when I sit down on a night to watch tv that is when I have a habit of snacking, so now I have to keep my hands busy and if I have something to eat it is fruit or fat free yogurt.
Bought a big watermelon yesterday and had two big bowls of it last night while watching tv.
Note to myself: do not eat two big bowls of watermelon on a night, as you will be up countless times peeing😉

I hear you on the snacking. I eat properly at work. I get home from work and it becomes a feeding frenzy for an hour. If it's visible, I eat it. That's my problem.
Well now of course one must put Jeremy's notion to the test and toss the Fitbit into the wash.
