FOF for August 11th.........

I wanted to take advantage of some things that I knew were expiring today, so picked up this lot for free:

If I had, had to have paid for the above items they would have cost me $44.87.

I ended up spending $74.49, getting another $44.87 in free things and used $8.50 in coupons.

I am going to be way over budget this month, but I am stocking up on a number of things while taking advantage of the FOF policy that will end at the end of August. I spent $30 on supplements/vitamins alone today. Plus I now have enough milk to last us the rest of the month and early into September.

NICE! Do you get the feeling they're slacking right off in light of the end of the policy?

I'm off to go foffing...well, soon, anyway :)

OOOOOH I can't wait. I just hafta find places to put it all. :)

I'll be well-stocked for a good while. Shouldn't have much in the way of grocery expenditures for a couple of months. WOOHOOO :)

jess there are some stores in the states that have fresh or free policies. Trader Joes was one, but they did away with it....there's another one though and it's nationwide...Farmer Jack...HEB, Buehler's...there's more. Just google "fresh or free" -"A & P", "A&P" and you'll get all the ones that aren't A & P :) Kind of makes me want to move back to the states to continue Foffing. *wicked grin*

Hi Gill, thanks for stopping by my blog! I am enjoying yours and wishing that (a) I lived in Canada so I could take advantage of those Fresh or Free deals or (b) that you lived hear so I could get you to do my grocery shopping for me!
