Horseradish and cabbage mash sounds worth a try (as do the others - I never knew you could do so much with a humble cabbage!)

We love cabbage. Fried cabbage and egg noodles...mmmmm-mmmmm. Add a little tofu and it's a meal. (The tofu just tastes like the cabbage and whatever seasoning.) I'm gonna have to check out some of those recipes. :)
