Skywatch Friday

The sky is full today, not sure if we're getting snow, but it is cold and blustery, a typical February day. These photos were taken at 12.30pm Thursday February 18th.

Looks much like here too! There is more snow in the air. Great view you have.

That sky does look very heavy - hope you're not in for too much snow! Keep warm xo

PS We've got a tan and white beagle too. Love the beagle tips - must print them our for Ruby (though she's likely just to eat them!).

I'm hoping our snow has gone somewhere else!! You take the best pictures Gill--I know you've mentioned before in previous blogs, so I'm sorry I'm asking again, but I'm looking for a new digital camera--What kind of camera do you use?

Hi Gill.
Yep, my sky looks like your sky today. :) It's 0°C here and feels like -5°C. It's not blustery, though.

You asked when I saw the sun to take my photo: Last Friday, February 12.

Good news: Environment Canada says there will be sun tomorrow morning. Don't blink, you might miss it!

It was pretty much the same here today Gill, actually it's been like that all week! Your pictures make our weather situation pretty self-explanatory :o) Thanks for sharing!

These photos are about as current as you can get! And, blustery seems to be a very good word...but, the scenes are gorgeous despite the discomfort of the cold.
