Woke up to this on Tuesday morning!!!

Now to be fair, by supper time it had all melted, so there wasn't that much, was surprised to see it all though.

As it's December I thought I would include a Christmas song each day, I forgot yesterday. I love Boney M, so thought I'd start with them. What was funny when I was singing along to this song, Molly was barking and howling at the same time. Now I know I'm a rotten singer, but I didn't think I was that bad!!

Other than that pretty quiet day around the Acreage..........

I think your snowy weather is headed my way - we're supposed to have bitter, freezing temps the rest of the week. I'm prepared, though - I have cocoa mix, whipped cream and craft projects to finish!

Stay warm, dearie!

BoneyM is one of my favorite tapes during the Christmas season too. Oh yeah, sending lots of snow your way. We have well over a foot here and it all came within 24 hours. I see it's heading your way, missed most of the big city here. Just thought I'd let you know, lol.

It's also gotten cool here, down to -12C last night and only -8C today. I think winter has arrived. We had the 5th warmest winter on record and the 2nd lowest on record for snow.

Hope you're having a wonderful day. Anymore bats or mice?

Hello from cold Virginia!! I've been catching up on your blog and can't believe all the excitement you've been having in your neck of the woods!! The mice alone would have been plenty for me--The bats may have caused me to want to move back to the city! :-) Hope you can find out how it got in! Your snow and your view is lovely!! Stay warm!

My son was just saying yesterday "I wish we could live somewhere that it snowed!"
I asked him if it would be his job to shovel the snow and make the necessary preparations.
"Oh" - he hadn't thought of that!
