All these photos were taken on Thursday December 17th at around 8am. It was cold enough that any moisture you had up your nose froze.......no need to explain any further right!!!
This is the farm opposite us, and I loved the way the clouds were fanning out behind it. If you enlarge the last one and look on top of the silo you will see a star, that is lit up on a night, really pretty. The three horses were also out early this morning.

Very pretty, Gill. Although I am not sure that I would swap it for a swim on Bondi Beach come Christmas morning. The star on top of the silo is a nice touch. How on earth do you (he) get it up there?
Wonderful shots Gill, and I know what you mean about the cold, it's the same here!!!
Oh how I wish my view outside was like yours!!! Beautiful Gill. xxx
I love the pictures Gill!! It's cold here in VA too, but not like your neck of the woods!! Before coming to Virginia, we lived in Alaska for 10 years and I think your cold is like there...burrrrrr....Stay warm!!!
Gill.. what beauty there, to watch the sunrise and the sunset would calm the soul to tenderness.
Yeppers Gill that's my 'formal' or informal living room on my blog. It'll be colder tomorrow with possible snow.. YIKES here.

Wonderful shots, Gill.
It sure looks cold overthere.
Overhere it's very cold too. For the first time in many years we've had about half a meter of snwo yesterday.
These are wonderful photos! You're much braver than I to go outside and take photos in the early morning cold. :)
Gill: That second shot is a real standout, you should frame it.
