I like your new headder & wish it looked like that right now.

I like lentils too but family don't . However at New Year's eve we are having friends in & ordering loads of assorted dishes from the Indian restaurant which will include lots of lentil dishes !

I have quite a few lentils in the pantry just waiting for me to do something with ~ I may just have to give the muffins and cookies a try!

I know lentils are healthy, but if we can disguise that a little in a cookie, then hey, it's all good, right?!
