Air Fryer

I finally gave in and got one.  I actually bought one the other week but when I got it home it was way too small, so returned it.  Canadian Tire had this one on sale for $175.00  As you can see it's the big one, but what I liked most about this one it has two baskets, so you can cook more than one thing at once.

I will say the downside is the size of it.  It is big, so I have had to shuffle things around and may do more moving things around yet.
I decided to start out slow and easy, so cooked some sausages for hubby, and I had bought some chicken breasts and cut off a couple pieces from the chicken.  We were having wraps for supper.  I tossed the chicken breasts in some Greek salad dressing.  Cooked both items on air fry for 20 minutes.  Both items came out juicy and cooked great.
I do not like using the BBQ, so am hoping it will replace that.  I have some chicken burgers I want to try in the air fryer.  Also have some veggie burgers, so will try that as well.

I will keep you updated on how it all goes.  With it being so hot and humid, it was nice that the kitchen was heated up due to me using the air fryer.

Oh and almost forgot, got a bonus $25 in Canadian Tire points for buying this, so that will come in handy sometime.

I'm cheating and thank you

Now that I have my painting finished, I decided to bring out another puzzle.  I got this one for Christmas.  To be honest, I think I will be pulling my hair out with this one.  All those pinks and purples will make it hard.  This also is not my typical type of puzzle, but I am ready for the challenge.

Now where the cheating comes in.  When I get a puzzle, the first thing I do is separate the edge pieces from the rest of the pieces.  Generally when pieces are stuck together like the ones in the photo below I separate them, as I class this as cheating, when I haven't put them together myself.
As I said though, I think I am going to have a witch of a time putting this together anyway.  I have set this up on the kitchen table and will pick away at it whenever I have a few minutes.  Trying to put together a lot at once isn't my thing.

Do you enjoy doing puzzles?  Do you set them up and pick away at them, like I do?  What size of puzzle do you like to do?  I prefer 1,000 pieces as I can set up everything on the kitchen table.  Anything bigger and I am struggling to get all the pieces laid out.

Also a huge thank you for your input on air fryers.  I will be honest I am still on the fence about it.  Will think about it for a bit longer.

Question for you

Do any of you own an Air Fryer?  Family members have them and are encouraging me to get one.  The two family members love theirs.  What is holding me back from getting one is that I use my upper/small oven all the time; it's the perfect size for the two of us.  The second thing is space, I don't want any more clutter on the countertop and storage is limited.

So what are the pro's and cons for you who own one.  Also if you have one, what size is it and how many people do you feed?  What brand is yours?

Thanks for your input.
