Was too tired to make the Pan Haggarty, had this instead:
It was so good and used up a few things in the fridge.
The sweet peppers are coming along nicely.
As are the mini yellow tomatoes.
Picked rhubarb from this pot, the blueberries are nearly ready as are the strawberries. They will all be transplanted out of this pot when done.
This begonia I have on the front porch is so pretty.
That's it from me!! Over to you.........

I love meals like that - leftovers or whatever is in the fridge to be used up! The begonia is a beautiful shade.
Your peppers, etc... are far, far ahead of mine, there goes me asking if you 'wanna race', lol.
Your garden is so much further on than mine. Beautiful begonia. Have a great weekend.
I love plates of snacky things like that!
I've planned pan haggerty for tonight but it's so HOT that I don't think I fancy it. Salad-and-something I think. Though I don't quite know what!
I've been cooking with the rhubarb as well. Pretty begonias, I've also got some in my front shady pot.
I forgot to buy tomatoes. Oh well.
I made your Pan Haggerty on Wed. You should have come over. lolz
My tomato plants are coming along nicely, flowers but now toms. yet. Planted some lettuce yesterday it grows fast so should have some in the near future. Love the colour of your begonia.
Have a great weekend.

Oh now that plate looks delicious to me. I LOVE your begonia it is such a lovely colour. Hug b
Left-overs. The best kind of meal! Your vegetables are coming along nicely. For the first time in 12 years we don't have a veggie garden. Too much else going on. We have a great farmer's market so I will be frequenting that. Have a good weekend.
I ALWAYS appreciate a meal that uses up leftovers or stuff I have in the fridge. ;))
My go to meal lately is to put leftovers on a plate, grate some cheese over top, melt it in microwave or under the broiler, add a dash of Frank's hot sauce and yum yum yum!!
Something is enjoying eating my green beans from the garden this year. I'm hoping that when I go home they will have recovered but I don't have high hopes. My rhubarb plant has done well though and I have several gallons of cut up rhubarb in the freezer so I can do tinge to bake it over the cold months too. Your dinner looks nice and health, (and yummy).
Blessings,
Betsy
I love left overs. I usually cook in large batches, so I don't need to cook every day!
Yum Gill, Id choose that meal over many every night. Must have cheese and pickled cucumbers though. Im a bit of a fan of pate as well.
Lovely photos! I'm hungry.
