By the way the garden waste bags from Costco are the best I find, followed by Home Depot ones. I buy them in packs of 25 from Costco and they generally last all year. It helps that the leaf blower mulches the leaves, so less bags used.

Up till now I've been mowing our leaves up, but I'll get the blower out at some point.

The Resident Chef always used a mulching blade on our lawn mower and all the leaves went back into the lawn. He would often collect bags of leaves from the neighbours and till them into the garden (our garden was quite sandy and needed a lot of augmentation).
The world thanks you for those paper bags, as do I.
Harvey has been raking them up or blowing them into the garden to work in a bit later (before the snow falls). There always seems to be leaves in our yard.
