I got a diamond art kit for Christmas. It's something I had never done before and I fell in love with it. The kit made this picture:
I have just finished it and finally glued it to a canvas. It's a cheaper way of doing it, than having them professionally framed.
The cardinal canvas was from the dollar store. I mixed up paint leftover and made up the green colour for the cardinal one. I had to buy the canvas from Michael's for the house one and just painted it black.
Have you done any diamond art?

I am not artistically inclined at all. The cardinal and the house are both beautiful and I am sure you will enjoy them.
I love the house picture. Never tried doing this but know several people who do. This craft has never appealed to me.
I've seen so many pretty diamond art kits out there but haven't tried one (yet). I think it would be fun and I wonder if my RC would be interested in doing it. He enjoys jigsaw puzzles but gets tired of them after awhile, so I've wondered if he'd like to play with some diamond art for a change of pace.

I’ve not tried diamond art. I really really really don’t need another craft/hobby lol
There are many people here in my smallish city that do this and love it. Your pictures turned out beautifully.
