I am thinking about getting some African Violets and a couple Aloe Vera plants.

I am 60 and my hair is to the middle of my back because I can't seem to get a decent cut. So now I cut my bangs and hubby trims the ends. Most of the time I wear it in a ponytail to keep it out of my face. My thought is if you let it grow out and don't like it, you can always cut it again.

Have a great week, Gill!Kathy Skinner (Kat)https://www.blogger.com/profile/12062260189125326781noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1605129043543619307.post-27117427374061860092015-03-30T16:36:58.674-04:002015-03-30T16:36:58.674-04:00Christmas Cactus are the only things that live in ...Christmas Cactus are the only things that live in my house! Your Chrismas Cactus is real pretty. I'm growing my hair too but for a reason which I will post about one of these days. Anyhoo, it is about as long now as it was when I met my husband. In fact, I twist it up into a little knot like I used to. He makes large batches also.

That is the best way.

I wore my hair long for two years in a pony tail. I was late 60's when I cut it off.It was easy I found. I look back now at pictures. I say really. I was actually scared to go to hairdresser to tell her how I wanted it cut. I did it. I too was real ill. The good news. It came in wavy hair sides and back but not my bangs. Not complaining but I still go to the straight look. As sometimes the waves go frizzy and I don't like it.
Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1605129043543619307.post-46380825827847338112015-03-30T11:43:31.674-04:002015-03-30T11:43:31.674-04:00A Christmas cactus is a new one to me.A Christmas cactus is a new one to me.William Kendallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00331324250821836822noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1605129043543619307.post-35158435387057255932015-03-30T11:22:57.331-04:002015-03-30T11:22:57.331-04:00beautiful plants, it's so lovely to see some c...beautiful plants, it's so lovely to see some color after such a grey winter. I got it cut once just to even it up but it is below my shoulders now which isn't a particularly good look but I am not just in the mood to cut it. I have been buying houseplants as well. The only think I can grow with any success is plain old ivy but it is looking good with a new addition on Saturday. Mine flowers when it wants to, so goodness only knows what I've got! I do know I've just bought a pelargonium very similar to yours, although mine was not named and I think has more pink. These bush varieties are very pretty and their longevity makes them great value for bringing a pop of colour to a corner.
~~~Deb in Wales Rustic Pumpkinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07335714529878600216noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1605129043543619307.post-32436913251321035812015-03-30T02:13:48.279-04:002015-03-30T02:13:48.279-04:00Here we are off to another week's start!
